Hosting and technical support are a yearly fee starting at $900.
Projects from $3,000 up can be paid in up to 3 instalments at no extra cost, or up to 6 with a 5% surcharge. Retainers are excluded: they are already billed periodically.
Not by pages but by page templates, meaning how many different designs have to be made. A site with a home, an about page, contacts and fifteen identical product pages is eighteen pages but four templates, because the product page is designed once and then filled. Hence the scale: a landing page from $2,100, a brochure site up to 3 templates from $3,300, a multi-page site of 4 to 8 templates from $5,200, a Shopify store from $8,200.
The logo with its variants, the colours, the typefaces, the graphic elements that come out of them and a manual explaining how to use them. If you already have a logo and it works there is no need to start over: we can restyle it and keep what people recognise.
The content plan for the month, the posts themselves across design, copy, photography and video, the publishing and a report on how they did. How many posts and which channels is decided together: doing one profile well pays better than half covering four.
Yes, up to 3 instalments at no extra cost: one on signing, one at the presentation, one when the site goes live. Those are the milestones we have always worked to. If you need more room we go up to 6 instalments with 5% on top, for projects from $3,000 up.
Yes, and that is why we build them this way. Copy, photographs, prices and articles are changed from a panel, without touching the code and without calling us. At handover we show you how and leave you the written guide.
The site is yours. The first year of hosting and technical support is already included in the packages: server, updates, backups and monitoring. From the second year it becomes a fee of $900, and if you prefer there is the option that adds two hours a month of changes made by us. Domain and privacy policy stay in your name and you pay the supplier directly.
Yes, and it is half of what we do: products, team portraits, events, corporate video, social reels. We bring the equipment and direct the shoot, you only have to tell us what you want to say. If you are outside our usual area we add the travel cost, agreed in advance.
