The project
Doctor Ventre's practice is a cardiology clinic in Soncino. A patient looking for a cardiologist wants to know three things quickly: whether this is the right person, where it is and how to book. Everything else comes later. They asked us for the website and the printed materials a patient takes home after a visit.
The site puts what is needed first: the specialisation, the location and the button to book. Booking is split into short numbered steps, because a wall of fields all at once is the fastest way to make someone give up. The emergency number is separated and marked differently from the other contacts, so there is no way to confuse it with booking. In print we kept the same blue and the same orderly layout.

Visit the site
The section explaining what can be booked, from the cardiology visit to the echocardiogram, and the one introducing the practice and the front office. On a medical site trust is built by showing the people and putting the information in order.
The examination and the reporting station, actually photographed. They serve the site and put at ease anyone choosing a cardiologist they do not know.
The sheet the patient takes home after a visit. The same blue as the site, a square pattern filling space without disturbing, and the quality certification at the bottom.
